Steps to Reproduce

1. Leave a match while solo queueing
2. Try to re-join matchmaking presumably while the last match is still in progress

Explanation

After leaving a match could not re-join matchmaking after getting an error "Cannot start matchmaking. Party members are in another lobby" but I am solo queueing and not in a party
