Mouse button bindings not working and long login queue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into settings
2. Navigate to key bind customization
3. Attempt to set melee as the 4th mouse button
4. Observe that it will not let you set it

Explanation

The game will not let me bind my 4th and 5th mouse buttons to any of the keys.

Also the login que is very very long I'm still sitting here 40 mins later
