Steps to Reproduce

1. I just booted up the game and it was like that. It was the first thing I did.

Explanation

Loadout UI bug- Profile 1 was was glitching out. You would select them and they wouldn't let you interact with them without it bugging out. Then after you if selected profile 2 profile 1 would interfere with it. The bug was happening in the loadouts menu in the main lobby of the game before you were in a match.

I believe I play in full screen windowed mode if that makes a difference.
