Steps to Reproduce

1. I'm on a PC
2. I go to Process Orders
3. Click Upload TCGPlayer PDFs
4. it freezes and crashes

Explanation

Any time I click on Upload TCGPlayer PDFs it starts to open my download folder and then crashes google chrome to the point I can't do anything until force quiting.
