This would be a great change to the game if forensics was a separate team and are able to remove bullets from a body or examine it and then use the best of their ability to discharge it, and then my second suggestion.{add a surgery team for VIP or bronze donators where for example a person has been shocked that they are still alive make it where they're actually not able to just get up right away. They have to be transported to a hospital and have surgery performed on them if needed by a surgeon. This would be a great and a very realistic update. If there is no paramedics online, simply just add a paramedic to come and pick them up in an ambulance.
