Add a surgery team for VIP or bronze donator subscribers. Injured players who are unable to get up immediately after being shocked must be transported to a hospital by a paramedic (if none are online, a paramedic should automatically appear) and may require surgery performed by a surgeon. This adds a realistic update to the game.
