Increased XP Rewards for Serious Arrests

Capital/felony arrests should give more XP. I booked one guy for attempted murder of a LEO (capital offense) plus about 3 other felonies, but I only got 40 XP for it, and it was still labeled a "low class arrest." It would be nice to see an XP rework for arrests so more serious charges give more reward.
