Allow for Department Heads ( County Board Member / Sheriff , Commissioner / Chief , City Board Member / Chief ) to also be able to grab and cuff all other LEO like how SBI can. I believe are a few key points that would justify my request for this to be added.

1) SBI Power Trips/ Corruption - Countless times where an SBI starts to power trip on you and you cant do anything to stop it from happening. By the time a higher up arrives for them, you're already in jail for some bs reason.

2) Realism - Realistically, Law Enforcement Officers can arrest ANYONE as long as they have Probable Cause , so being able to grab and cuff other LEO is realistic.

3) Not Risky to add - IF this is added, the argument to say that people will abuse it is weak because of two things. 1) If they obtained those ranks by actually grinding XP which is like almost 20k xp, they more than likely have the knowledge and experience to not abuse it. 2) If they are founders and have the rank by paying, then that means they already are trusted to not abuse that authority when they are on SBI. so its not really anything to go against based on this.
