Steps to Reproduce

Join civ team
Have the right amount of money in wallet for firearms
Try to purchase firearm
Says out of stock

Explanation

When trying to buy from the illegal dealer for firearms/weapons and with having the right amount of money. Says all of the firearms are out of stock and when coming back to it later it is still out of stock.
