Steps to Reproduce

1. Go onto EMS team.
2. Spawn any vehicle.
3. Put your lights on stage 3 and put your siren on.
4. Drive through a red light.

Explanation

When you are driving with Lights & Sirens on the EMS team, you get a penalty for running red lights. Even tho responding code 3.
