Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hold someone
  2. Let someone punch them to the point where they are downed
  3. Let that person respawn
  4. It kills you

Explanation

When you hold someone and they get downed ( NOT DEAD ) you cant let go of them. If they decided to click the respawn button it automatically kills you as well.
