Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn Quint
2. open outrigger menu
3. open the outriggers

Explanation

Outriggers on quint 128 do not work, and unsure if this is a bug or not, the ladder is unusable and is walk through. (Unsure if the tower is the same.)
