Background Check Request Not Working Through Armored Glass

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make the computer at the till area a multi-tool. Just like LEO's can run people in the CAD from their vehicles.
2. A database where we can look up usernames would be great.
3. Rework the GUI so we can see it through the glass and request the documents.

Explanation

When I work at Strike Point I can request documentation for the firearms license background check only on employees. When I attempt to do it on buyers/costumers it doesn't work because of the armored glass. When I zoom outside the glass the GUI still doesn't pop up. it would be more realistic if we actually can run background checks so we (technically) dont break the law as we cant prove that the costumer applied for the permit.
