Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn as HCSD
2. Turn on your code 3 lights
3. Press R and the bug is present.

Explanation

2008 Chevrolet Tahoe on HCSD Special Enforcement headlights are still keybinded as R. With the new lighting system installed in it, when you press R for your wail siren, it turns the headlights on along with the siren.
