Steps to Reproduce

1. Detain/Cuff someone.
2. Sentence someone to jail.
3. Pay attention to their body/cuffs and the way how they're cuffed.
4. You'll see that the cuffs are on their right hand.

Explanation

Cuffs bug .

Whenever you sentence someone to jail, they get respawned with their hands in regular idle with the cuffs in the right hand/arm basically.
