Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in game
2. Spawn as FCPD (Higher rank SGT+)
3. Go to the motorpool
4. View the Gang and Narc vehicle thumbnails

Explanation

FCPD Highland Motorpool Gang and Narcotics vehicle thumbnails are incorrect.

These vehicles are all slicktops, but the thumbnails for the Crown Vic and Taurus Interceptor are incorrect.
