Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Play the game with other players, visit the map

Explanation

Performance degraded drastically since the last content update (new gun system), constant freezes and lag happen every few seconds despite being much smoother before. The issue becomes much more rampant in areas with several cars and/or near the jail.
