Steps to Reproduce

1. join sp
2. sell a gun for under $10k and there is no cooldown
3. sell a gun for over $10k and there is a cooldown of 5 minutes

Explanation

sp gun selling cooldown bugged

anything under $10k doesnt have a sell cooldown
anything above $10k has a sell cooldown
