Steps to Reproduce

1. Driving in either direction under 20
2. Putting your park break on when in stage 3 ELS

Explanation

Hi, the purchase vehicle "JPD 2021 Chevrolet Suburban UC Ver 2" wont go above 3.5k revs when going under 20 in either direction, it takes over 13 seconds to just hit 60, also when in 3rd stage ELS and you put the park break on the rear light bar turns off. other people have also reported this on your hub. I attached a video showing these. it would be great if the devs could fix this.
