Regression of:	#929 Founder Donators Not Bypassing Rank Requirement When Claimed This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tried to join a full rank despite it being unavailable.
2. Expected to join the full rank based on the Founder Donator perk description.
3. Appealed the decision and received a response explaining that the perk allows bypassing rank requirements but doesn't create extra slots.
4. Understood that the rank is full due to another player with sufficient XP claiming the spot.
5. Considered the suggestion to wait for the rank to become available or choose a different available rank.
6. Advised to potentially update the Founder Donator perk page to clarify that the perk does not bypass full rank limitations.

Explanation

I am trying to join sbi director as a founder lifetime donator. but the rank i want to join is full. but on the react web it says ⭐ Join ANY team, ANY rank, instantly — even if it's full
the part, any rank dousnt work cuz i cant join when the rank is full.
