Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Go on HCSD and equip the Detective Vest
3. Spawn a car and hop in and out (The specific once I was driving was an unmarked 2008 Tahoe)
4. The vest should disappear then reappear, but it doesn't always happen

Explanation

My detective vest randomly disappeared after getting out of my car, it loaded in shortly after but it kept occasionally happening when I got out my car.
