Steps to Reproduce

1. Try and walk into JPD jail area.

Explanation

The JPD Jail has an invisible wall at the entrance so you cannot walk through it. Also, JPD hat and things like some gang unit belts are missing the JPD badge. You can see in the video that my hat is missing the badge.
