FD Trucks Unresponsive After Exiting and Reentering

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a FD Truck such as the Quint
2. Turn the Engine on and move forward at any amount
3. Exit the vehicle
4. Reenter it should not let you move at all

Explanation

Most FD trucks not able to move when you exit and reenter the vehicle. Some trucks won't drive at all. (CURRENTLY ONLY SEEN ON THE QUINT AND SOMETIMES THE LATTER)
