Steps to Reproduce

1. Someone got arrested
2. I was moving the vehicle to a parking spot and then it despawned
3. Then my camera froze in one place while I could walk around
4. I called a mod
5. The mod tried to respawn me but then my camera got teleported to another place
6. I couldn't hear anything

Explanation

My cam got bugged when car despawned and it was in one place while i could walk around
