Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use a locker as a CBM rank in HCSD

Explanation

As a CBM in HCSD, it only allows you to use Deputy Sheriff uniforms. There are no other ranked uniforms you can use as a CBM. Problem: You cannot access ranked uniforms as a HCSD CBM
