Steps to Reproduce

1. Go onto the SBI team as any rank
2. Press Q on the uniform locker to enter the accessories menu
3. Try putting on the jacket
4. Note that the jacket is divided into three different options (left sleeve, right sleeve, and torso)
5. Observe that it only lets you put one on

Explanation

The jacket for the State Bureau of Investigation in Project Ventura is currently broken.
