2023 HCSD Charger Vehicle Seat Functionality Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1, buy the 2023 unmarked HCSD charger
2. Step 2, join Project Ventura.
3. Step 3, Load into the game, and then change your team to "Hayward County Sheriff's Department"
4. Step 4, make your way to the car spawner and spawn the 2023 unmarked HCSD charger
5. Step 5, Once you spawn the charger, go to your vehicle, unlock the door, and press F to enter the drivers seat,
6. Step 6, Once you are in the drivers seat, navigate your mouse to the bottom left corner of the screen, and select the "smartstorm" icon, you will see it says "You must be sitting at an authorized computer to open the MDT"
7. Step 7, Get out and go to the drivers seat, and repeat. You will then noticed, now you are stuck.

Explanation

The 2023 unmarked HCSD dodge charger doesn't have a working CAD for the driver seat, and when you try to use the passenger seat, you get stuck in the vehicle and can't get out.
