Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn and go to the SBO HQ Locker rooms.
2. Wear the Slickster SRCTU vest variation in the SBO HQ Locker rooms.
3. Observe..

Explanation

"SRCTU Slickster" vest variation not worn properly. The Vest is misaligned and that shoulder straps float/levitate above your shoulder. I feel like it is now higher unlike the last report.
