Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn the CVPI under the Gang section at the Garage
2. It gives you a Hardtop CVPI with the MX7000 Lightbar
3. Spawn the Ford Taurus under the Gang section at the Garage
4. It gives you a Hardtop Ford Taurus with the Arjent Lightbar

Explanation

There are no Slictop CVPIs and Taurus in FCPD anymore (It there should be Slictop as there are CVPIs stated in the Gang & Narcotics section at the FCPD Garage)
