Steps to Reproduce

1. Try using the siren on the insert
2. Compare with the other FCFD paramedic insert
3. Try using the siren on the utility pickup truck

Explanation

FCFD MED21 Insert has HCSO Siren instead of the siren that the other MED21 cars have.
