Steps to Reproduce

Gain EXP until reaching approximately 3,000.
Leave the server while not in combat.
Join a different server (or rejoin the game).
Check EXP value.
Observe that EXP has reverted to around 2,960 instead of remaining at 3,000.

Explanation

So I got to 3k exp and I leave the server making sure I am not in combat or anything, I join to another server and I am at 2960 and I thought it was just a glitch or something so I got back to 3k exp and I saw that when I left it was back to 2960.
