Steps to Reproduce

Go on HCSD team
At the spawner, spawn the 2005 Ford Crown Victoria P71 found under the "Milano Patrol Vehicles" list
Press J 1, 2, or 3 times or use the siren GUI to turn the lights to position 1, 2, or 3

Explanation

The majority of the ELS on the lightbar of the 2005 HCSD marked Crown Victoria does not work. The rotating lights do not work and the left alley light as well as the rear traffic advisor spawn lit up and are unable to be turned off. The right alley light and front takedown lights do not work. The only working lights are the pushbar lights and the wig wags.
