Steps to Reproduce

1. Just enabling the ELS
2. turning off will show the bug

Explanation

When using and then turning off the stage 3 ELS on the FCPD taurus, one of the stop lights (either left or right one) gets stuck. Reversjng, turning headlights on, nothing fixes the light back.
