Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn on FC Metro
2. Spawn either the Honda Civic or Crown Victoria

Explanation

Taxi lights don't work on FC Metro. The in service, off duty, and trouble lights do not work. Also, both the ad carrier and normal taxi sign are both spawned in at once and are clipping
