Steps to Reproduce

  1. Started a normal chem run with about $1.9k already in my bank.
  2. Completed the chem run and earned cash from selling chems.
  3. Went to the bank and deposited/stored the money after finishing the run.
  4. Did server hop a few times in between runs.
  5. Made sure the money was stored in my bank before logging off.
  6. Had around $34k in my bank at the time of logging off.
  7. When I logged back in later, my bank balance was only around $5.9k.

Explanation

Hi, I’m reporting a possible data issue with bank balances and stored cash.

Last night, I was doing a chem run and made sure to store all of the money I earned into my bank account before getting off. At the time I logged off, I had around $34,000 in my bank. When I got back on today, my balance was only $5,900.

I started the chem run with about $1,900 already in my bank, so it looks like some of the money saved, but I still lost a large amount of cash that was already deposited. This was not cash I had on me. I specifically stored it in my bank before logging off.

This also does not seem like a one time issue, because some of my friends have had the same problem before. They stored cash in their bank accounts, logged off, and later came back to find that the money was missing or rolled back. Because it has happened to multiple people, it seems like there may be a weird data saving issue with stored bank money.

I’m not sure if you guys have logs to check my activity, deposits, or balance changes, but my Roblox User ID is 305059347. Any help looking into this would be appreciated.
