Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to my account
- Click the "Prime membership" with "5 days periods" for /month subscribtion
- Paying the free trial "0,00 USD"
- Sign up my Credit cards
- Obtained the trials
- Clicked the "Subscribtion for prime membership" Again by accident
- Given invoice, but canceling the payment
- End the subscription (End until 23/07/2026)
- Try to sync in integrations
- Discord and Roblox sign "connected"
- Click the "Sync" button
- ONLY Discord we're synced (Except Roblox)
- Click "Sync" again on the next day
- The "Sync" System only syncing my Discord account
- "Roblox Sync" System Error
Explanation
I'm currently in a Membership trial period. I've connected both my accounts on Discord and Roblox. But the thing is, after I clicked sync in my integrations account (React website), it's only syncing my DISCORD account, except for my Roblox account. I clicked it several times for around 10 times each day, and it's still not syncing my Roblox account. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I can't believe I also wasted my whole trial period just for nothing but Discord roles (Not very interesting...). If I could get a bonus free trial time...
Seriously, I've seen both accounts connected, but there's only 1 account, which is my Discord account sync, except my ROBLOX....Worst day in my life...
