Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn the Port Police Ford Explorer
2. Drive to any gas station or refuel site (tested at ServPro, MCJ, JPD)
3. Go through all Gas Pump Prompts.
4. No refuel spot will appear. If you reset the pump, it still does not show.

Explanation

Port Police Ford Explorer Glitch.

Currently the Port Police Ford Explorer is glitched and the refuel location no longer shows up when you go to any gas station in game. Therefore, you can no longer refuel the Ford Explorer, and you have to respawn it
