Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a car
2. Go to Polk facility outside on central ave
3. Walk towards the end of the building and look for gap and overlapping wall

Explanation

The James K Polk building has some issues that need to be fixed. On a video shown you will see a gap between the Polk building and the building beside it and also layers of the building overlapping onto each other.
