Steps to Reproduce

1. I was in a pursuit
2. I hit a few cars
3. My car got damaged to the point where the max was 107
4. I ran over some spike strips

Explanation

Unable to turn a vehicle, the car wheels turn but the car does not turn. I was able to turn fine but then all of a sudden I was not able to turn. At lower speeds I could somewhat turn and when I went backwards the car turned one direction.
