Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Free Cam (Shift+P)
2. Disable Free Cam (Shift+P)
3. Try to move your camera around and your character.

Explanation

Whenever Free Cam is disabled, the camera remains frozen in place, no longer tracking the character. Regardless of the distance away from the original spot.
