Unusual Damage Values When Resetting VDPS Player

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in as VDPS
2. Equip a radio and M&P 9
3. Shoot them in the head
4. Repeat step #3 as much as necessary to reset them

Explanation

After spawning in as VDPS, I was asked to reset a fellow VDPS, and upon doing so, I shot him one time, he was downed, and then it took another 8+ shots with the M&P 9 to actually reset him. Will look into this further tonight and get logs.
