Explanation

so when spawning the crown vic car in the vix security team for some reason the car keeps telling me its restricted and i have tried respawning it countless times to see if it was just a one time occurrence but it was not and kept telling me restricted vehicle and refuses to work properly even tried returning it a few times before spawning it again only for it to repeat it once more.
