Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a team be full
2. Be a part of that team
3. Try to switch ranks while on that team

Explanation

If you get promoted on a team, and that team is full, then you can't join the next role. Let me stress that I mean this happens even when you are on that team. If HCSD has 9/9, and you are one of those 9 people, you can't switch ranks on HCSD. This also happens when the role itself isn't filled, but the team is. ONLY the TEAM.
