Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy Explosive 2x (MUST BE CIVILIAN FOR THIS TO WORK)
2. Drive to Milano bank
3. Explode Both Vault Doors.
4. Rob the Bank (Optional)
5. Wait for the bank to close.
6. Respawn.
7. Buy 2 Explosive 2x
8. Return To Milano Bank
9. Explode First Vault Door.
10. (this is where the bug happens, After you explode the first Vault Door, The Door to the stairs will become bugged, The Only Fix is Finding another server or waiting for server restart.
11. FIX THE D*** BUG!

Explanation

The Milano Bank can only be robbed once per server restart. After the first successful robbery, the bank door becomes bugged, preventing any further robberies until the server is restarted. For Example, When I rob the Milano bank for the first time, And Then die, I try to rob it again and the door after you explode the first vault becomes bugged.
