Department equipment error gives me error 1vXX
not 2vxx

Explanation

Reporting an error: As an SBI officer with the official radio code 1vXX, I'm having trouble changing my uniform for the Tac unit. The error doesn't occur with code 2vXX; it only appears in 1vXX, the lowest SBI rank, as a special provision, even though I'm in rank (Sac) 1vXX.
