Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the map.
2. Play your own d*** game at all.
3. Experience this first hand because it's so insanely common.

Explanation

Around 5-10% of the time depending on your ping, opening the minimap causes it to maximize without changing positions to centre-screen. This means the map is 10 times harder to navigate, cannot be minimized without rejoining, is halfway off-screen & the phone becomes completely inaccessible since the game thinks you have your map maximized.
