Steps to Reproduce

1. Be an ASAC or SAC on SBI
2. Access the equipment locker
3. Note displayed rank is Forensic Specialist and cannot be switched
4. Be unable to equip SRTCU equipment

Explanation

SBI ASAC and SAC show as Forensic Specialists in the equipment locker, meaning they cannot equip kit that is accessible to Special Agent+, such as the SRTCU equipment.
