Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Map
2. Hover over people's blips, zooming in and out of different spots/congregations
3. The map blips of others you have hovered over will appear on your screen with no way of removing it even after closing map

Explanation

With the re-introduction(?) of the positional blips of LEOs and others back on the map, there is a bug that when you open the big map and hover over people, the names of others might also glitch onto your screen (as shown in screenshot) when you close out of the map.
