Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Have graphics at 7 or below
3. Join HCSD
4. Spawn or go to HCSD hawthrone station
5. Go to anywhere in station

Explanation

Bloom in HCSD hawthorne station is way to brigth spawning inside the station is like being flashbanged while on lower graphics when graphics are at seven and below. (Happens at many places mainly seen it at HCSD hawthorne station will investigate further)
