Steps to Reproduce

1. I select Vix Security as my job
2. I suit up
3. I spawn any of the patrol vehicles
4. It always says 'Vehicle is Restricted'

Explanation

Every time I try to select any patrol vehicle and enter it , i receive an error message saying the vehicle is restricted.
